Over the past 20 years, Dennis has held influential business development positions in electronic publishing and internet-based software and services with industry leaders such as Southam, Rogers, Thomson, and Auto-Graphics. An authority in online reference products, he is especially known for his knowledge of federated searching and for his innovative thinking, creative market research, and successful mentoring of sales staff with organizations such as University of Toronto, CEDROM SNi and Magic Lantern. Dennis brings to the team an in-depth familiarity with user requirements for information applications and with the process of introducing new information tools into an organization.

Stephen is a world renowned authority on search and related technologies. He straddles technology, financial, and business strategy related to online systems and software in his work to create specifications, plans, budgets, and strategies for online information systems - specifications used to develop business models or products. Stephen is the author of ground breaking books on search engines and Google. See www.arnoldit.com for details.

He is experienced in Business Analysis and Project Management in major IT implementation projects (including ISO-9002 certified reliable and repeatable project management framework). He assesses and recommends both software and hardware solutions and de-mystifies and translates database concepts for non-technical staff and management. If you have a technical need or need to set up a vendor management process, Stephen will be happy to assist. Stephen says, "I never wanted to accept the role of IT 'witch doctor' and the first order of business for me is to ensure that information users understand the background and purpose of every technology that is needed. That way, even if they can't follow the operational details, they can take responsibility for the decisions they make and the money they spend to implement information projects. My projects are successful because everyone is involved and in the middle, not on the outside wondering what is going on."
